A special permit (licence) shall be received by all tourism agents and tourism operators who sell package tourism services to a traveller.
A special permit (licence) shall be issued for an indefinite period of time.
The amount of the State fee for the issuance and supervision of a special permit (licence) shall be EUR 40 each year.

Tourism operators and tourism agents are obliged to obtain a special permit (licence) by 1 July 2019. . A tourism operator may provide package tourism services, if a guarantee of money paid by the customer is provided to him or her.
The fee shall be paid by the tourism agent and the tourism operator in a calendar year-by-year manner:
- First-time registrants - pay the fee for the current year
- For each subsequent year, the fee must be paid by 31 December of the current year
- Operator/agent registers on 21 November 2018
- A fee of EUR 40 (for 2018) is payable upon registration
- For 2019, the operator/agent must pay the fee of EUR 40 by 31 December 2018
- Operator/Agent to register on 2 March 2019
- 40 EUR fee payable on registration (for 2019)
- For 2020, the operator/agent must pay a fee of EUR 40 by 31 December 2019

Adequate collateral (guarantee) is ONE of THE conditions for successful licensing and registration, so particular attention will be paid to the financial data and financial performance of companies in previous years. .
We invite you, when submitting the CRPC documents, to indicate immediately also the turnover for the previous year in the field of package tourism services and/or related tourism services and the turnover of the last 6 months in the field of package and/or related tourism services (if possible) together with the insurance policy or the credit institution guarantee.
