- The traveller acquires a combined package of tourism services of the tour operator (organiser) consisting of several (at least two) tourism services/or
- The traveller (with the assistance of a tourism operator) himself or herself combines and creates an individual package of tourism services consisting of several (at least two) tourism services;
- One or more contracts are entered into, the tourism operator is responsible for the provision of the whole package tourism service;
- Tourism operator has collateral (Insurance contract or bank guarantee in case of liquidity problems).
Related tourist service
- The provider of related tourism services shall facilitate the acquisition of several separate tourism services;
- Separate agreements are concluded with individual tourism service providers, each service provider is responsible for the provision of its tourism services;
- The provider of related tourism services shall provide security for the part of tourism services offered by him or her (insurance policy or credit institution guarantee in case of liquidity problems).
